Idk what to do

Okay guys I don’t know what to do! So I got negative blood work after I had gotten 2 positives and was told to take test every 48 hours because chances are I’m still pregnant. But idk what to do because I don’t understand why they’re positive at home but negative there! Any advice? I’ve had awful awful morning sickness as well and things that are normally my favorite taste awful to me and I throw it up. I sleep all of the time because I’m so tired and constantly dizzy.
