I had a miscarriage at between 5-6 weeks & it took just over 4 weeks for my levels to reach 0. So I just assume it would take just as long if not longer to completely be out of your system. Also if you’re having sex, you should def get clearance from your dr this soon after, can led to serious infection. Your body is healing.

HCG, the hormone the pregnancy tests test for, disappears from your body about 3-4 weeks after giving birth. So if you test now and get a positive, it means you're pregnant.
