Missed period?

I was suppose to start my period last week. But technically today is a month from the beginning of my last period. My boyfriend has came inside me so many times between then and now, I can’t even count. I am on no kind of birth control. I took a test last week and it came back negative. What should I do?? Like is there a chance I could be pregnant... if I’m not, does that mean I could have infertility issues?
