Hi, I am 19, 5’6 and at a healthy weight but the heaviest ive been my entire life, I want to lose around 5-10 pounds but I cant lose it what so ever, probably because i love food too much or something idk, but what are your best diet tips that arent too crazy or workout ideas that arent too time consuming either?!
