A sore arm won't do you any harm. The flu could though.

That's normal.. and it's worth it when the alternative could be getting the flu and getting hospitalized 🤷‍♀️

That's why I did it. I was just sick a few weeks ago along with being in my first trimester. MISERABLE!. I know your immune system is weakened when you're pregnant nd I couldnt imagine getting sick nd putting my little one at risk. I'm tried to follow instructions but I'll try to keep still nd hopefully it eases up soon. Thank you ladies

Give it some time. That's normal. You'll be right as rain in a day or two.

I get sore arms as well. It helps me keeping the arm still. Moving it makes it worse. It goes away after a day.

Totally normal and completely worth it.

Stop massaging it and moving it , the pain is normal
