Help please 25yo

My boyfriend and i had sex during last months ovulation time jan 28th and i started a very odd feb 9th "period" i wear pads the first day because of cramps. It was kinda brownish which thru me off. I decided to put a tampon in and it came out light pink. There's like nothing and its very odd for me. Could this mean implantation bleeding? Or should i just not worry? Please no judgments. I just dont know if i should get my hopes up and get a pregnancy test and see the negative line. :(
