Surgical abortion

I rang BPAS today to book a termination. I was given the option of same day consultation and treatment (medical) or a telephone conversation and separate appointment for treatment.

I have a 3 year old and need to bounce back fast so I have opted for the surgical with conscious sedation. My telephone appointment is next Wednesday where I believe I will be 5+4, I am hoping they can get me booked in pretty soon after that for treatment.

Has anybody has a surgical before 7 weeks (hoping I'll have had treatment by then as that is 2 weeks after my consultation!) and if so how was your experience?
