Sharp pinching pain

Hey ladies, so this morning I woke up with the worse sharp pinching pain in what feels like my uterus and ovaries and it spread to my vag. Do you know what it could be? My period is due to start in 11 days but I feel that it is to early for these intense cramps. I usually only start cramping (and not anywhere near this bad) about 2-3 days before my period. I’m hurting so much I’m nauseous. What can I do to relieve the pain, Tylenol and ibuprofen is not working. Also, I have a 6 month old so laying down/resting isn’t something I can do at the moment😭 someone please help! Thank you🙏🏼🙌🏼
