Confused

So I’m a day late for my period , I’m 16 days pass ovulation my boyfriend and I are trying to have a baby . So we did have sex during my fertility window. 1 4 days before ovulation and 2 was 1 days after ovulation. I took 5 test Saturday and Sunday all over which came back positive with faint lines BUT my doctors test came back negative so I asked for a blood test and I just get my results back today or tomorrow? I’m praying for this baby , I don’t want to tell him yet because I don’t want him to be excited then it turns out to be nothing
