I posted a couple weeks ago about my daughters eczema and how bad it was and not knowing what was causing it. Well last week my dog licked my daughters cheek and she got hives 20 minutes later. And right then my gut told me what it was. We took her to another allergist yesterday and he confirmed with a scratch test that she’s severely allergic to dogs, cats, peanuts, grass and tree pollen. My biggest fear. Hers is so severe we have to Rehome our cat and dog 😥😓😭 I am absolutely devastated. My animals are a massive part of my life. We also have to get an epi pen for her peanut allergy and if she gets hives again we have to use it and then call 911. I’m so terrified of how this will affect her life growing up. I can’t imagine her not growing up with animals. I’m so sad 😥😥😥😥😥 I am a bit relieved that we now know the cause and once the animals are gone her eczema should start to clear up. I’ve been going crazy for the last 4 months trying to figure out what’s causing it.

Just wanted to vent, I’ve been so upset. I also had to take her to get blood drawn yesterday and that was traumatizing for me, she did great though lol
