How are y'all working out/ staying healthy?
I've found it SO hard to find time to work out and loose weight. I wanna lose about 10-15 lbs but I can't seem to get started!!
Baby is still on mama mode and won't let dada care for him more than 30 minutes without getting upset. Also when he is napping or dad does have him I feel like I have to cook, clean, and do other chores!! How are y'all managing your time to work out?
Also baby is not a good napper and only naps 30 minutes at a time and when he's awake wants to be touching me (going through a leap, and teething which is making him super clingy). This makes it hard to make anything healthy to eat. I'm constantly just snacking because it's hard to find time to sit down and put a salad together or cook chicken.
As you can see, I'm struggling. Ugh. But I am going crazy feeling so unhealthy that it's making me a bit unhappy Everytime I look in the mirror. It's not like I'm depressed but I used to always just feel happier and better when I was able to work out.
