I’m on nexplanon and I’ve had super random cramps since yesterday... I don’t get my period and haven’t since I started this birth control, I’m just worried as I have heard stories... I’m not sure what this might be since when I usually would start my period it would be super dark and thick

On birth control your period won’t be the same as before (even each type changed the periods). Looks like you have some breakthrough bleeding which is normal. Many women start bleeding randomly on nexplanon.
