Judgment

So am I the only one who thinks opinions often get percieved as judgement.

For instance...... if you ask me my opinion on something and I give it I'm not judging you and your beliefs or opinions but often people accuse me and others of that.

In my mind is if you know someone feels one way or another and you knowingly attack them about it or intentionally start and argument over it then that is judgment.

What are your thoughts on the matter?
