I dont think its infected. I would put some antibiotic ointment and cover them.

I’d put some antiseptic cream on it and keep it clean but don’t cover it because it will help it heal better. I don’t think it is infected but can I ask what you did it with as that can sometimes then lead to infection (no judgement whatsoever)
