Pink spotting 21 w

Hi ladies. TMI post.

I’m 21 weeks pregnant. Woke up today with pink spotting. I’ve been sick for a week and on antibiotics. Had spotting in first trimester due to SCH but nothing for the past few months so freaked out. Called OB and she said not to worry and only go in if it gets worse or start cramping. I am in cyclogest at night as well. Anybody have any experience with second trimester spotting?
