Caught my husband messaging girls

I caught Him on Kik sending messages to other women. I don’t know what to do. We have this beautiful 9 week old baby and I don’t want to ruin his life. My husband is apologizing and saying he will go to counseling etc. He’s on his way home now from work to talk. What would you do? What should I do?
