How to exercise with a toddler from home?

So I do beachbody on demand, but my toddler absolutely hates it when I exercise. He gets worried for some reason then wants me to hold him🤦‍♀️. Have any parents gone through the same thing?

My 2 year old son loves to color. I only give him crayons/markers while he is in high chair because he likes to make the walls pretty. So since he is in high chair Coloring I do workout then.

Omg I still remember like it was yesterday, my daughter (who is now 10) was almost 3 and I'd try to do workouts and she would throw a huge fit...I never understood what the issue was. I had to start doing them when she napped, which at that point was only once a day...so I had to make it count 😂

Put him in a playpen with snacks and toys and do your thing.

Yes n nap time or.try dance videos ..My older kids did yoga w me when they were a little older ( 3 ) ..Nap time is the only time I get big things  done ..

I let mine (try to) exercise with me lol. She loves it, I get to work out, she's learning healthy habits and we both have fun. Win win all around!
Except when I'm using equipment like weights...then I usually let her have play time or nap time

I involve my boys!! I give them 1 pound weights and let them “exercise” beside me. They love it!

I exercise while mine nap. Or after they've gone to bed. I've tried while they were awake and my 1y/o was constantly getting stepped on.
