Pain in stomach

So, a couple of weeks ago, my doctor said my cervix was about 2.8 or something along those lines (I’m 19 weeks with twins) and I’m scared because I’ve been having very sharp pain in my stomach. I have a high pain tolerance and it’s pretty bad and I’ve been having discharge and they haven’t been moving a lot. Please give me advice. I’m scared to go to the hospital and there be something bad wrong. I can’t take it right now. I don’t wanna loose my babies.
