If I’ve confirmed ovulation with BBT is it possible I could still have PCOS?

bbt is it possible I could still have PCOS?" /> 
My doctor says I have PCOS (based on high androgens and hypothyroidism) but when I tracked my bbt this month I got the regular “3 temps higher than the previous 6”...
Is it still possible for me to have PCOS or could my doctor be wrong?

I think with PCOS you need 6 temps higher than previous 6 to confirm ovulation.. and you can still ovulate and have PCOS, if your Dr says you have it then you probably do 😕

I have PCOS and I naturally ovulate on my own every month. PCOS doesn’t always mean anti-ovulation. It’s a syndrome that encompasses a lot of symptoms. I hope this helps.

Even if you have pcos you can still ovulate just some women don't ovulate regularly.

Pcos isn’t something that you get diagnosed with and then if you ovulate you don’t have it anymore. Once you’re diagnosed, you have it. Regardless of weight or age if you have it, there are circumstances that your body can still ovulate and there are other less fortunate who need extra help to start our cycles and ovulate.
