Sex, Bleeding at 12 DPO Positive Test

Me and my boyfriend just had sex and after I got up and wiped it was some light pink blood mixed in with discharge. I had no cramping or bleeding prior, but was concerned about the bleeding. Should I be concerned?? I got my BFP at 9 DPO and it has been that way everyday since.
