Cleaning nipples
Sorry kind of a weird and TMI post but I need help. I’m 32 weeks and started leaking actual milk (not just the clear stuff) but not a lot. My nipples get this gunk in them that’s really hard to clean all the way out but it smells like spoiled milk 🤮 how do you really clean that out good without hurting your self
