Is it normal?

Is it normal to not want to have sex with my boyfriend every night? Like I feel like everyone acts like that’s the standard and sometimes I’m like tired and don’t want to do it, it’s not like I don’t love him? He never pressures me to but my ex used to say things like “we’re so young if you already don’t want to have sex everyday I just can’t live like that” so now I’m insecure and I just feel like I’m alone in the fact I do not need to have sex every single night :/
