Big fat negative

I got my first BFN since starting TTC. Like I knew it wouldn’t happen right away but I was just so hopeful it would. I know, stupid. I took the test 2 days before AF but I’m sure she’ll show up. There wasn’t even a hint of a line on any test. I thought I had all the symptoms I had with my first pregnancy besides being so sick I couldn’t get out of bed. I haven’t had any cramps that indicate AF. Usually they’re insanely bad a week before up until it starts. I’ve had super dull mild cramping but nothing like usual. I’ve been soo tired it’s hard to do anything. Nauseous off and on and I just felt full all the time. Not to mention I’ve had lotion consistency cm for the last few days and I haven’t had that since I was pg the first time. Am I just testing too early or is this really just a bfn?
