She’s faced down
I am sooo nervous. I am high risk due to incompetent cervix from my last pregnancy. Decided to be monitored biweekly and started getting progesterone shots on a weekly basis. But she’s faced down and refuses to move. I’ve tried everything. Shaking her and repositioning my body. My high risk physician doesn’t think anything of it. But I’m very concerned

you can see her face down in my ultrasound.
