Strech marks on hipsβ€”Any advice?β€”πŸ˜¬

So I am pregnant with triplet girls and from my twin pregnancy I have been left with some strech marks on my hips and belly (still really faint for a twin pregnancy, I consider myself luckyπŸ˜…) and now they have been getting worse and worse.

Do you have any reccomandations on any cream, oil, or in general any advice on how to deal with this and diminish the marks?

I did not include a photo of my belly as it's huge (only 18+5 weeks, can't imagine what it will look like in the 3rd trimesterπŸ˜₯) and it looks like a tiny battlefield for lego peopleπŸ˜‚

They may seem a little faint in the pics but they look so much worse IRL😭

Also please excuse my really hairy legs, in my defense I can't really look and see anything downwards from my belly when I'm shavingπŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚
