19+4 weeks having food poisoning

Im 19+4 weeks and have food poisoning. I threw up and had diarrhea. Im ok now but super worried after reading about how it can cause miscarriage and stillbirth. Anyone had similar experience in previous pregnancy? How did it turn out?
