I am having a bad day and need a safe space to have a bit of a whine.

Just received a text from a friend letting me know she is pregnant with her 2nd baby. I am pleased for her but my heart sinks whenever I get these messages.

This friend was someone who started trying after me, among many others of my friendship group who started after me and who are all pregnant. I’ve mostly given up alcohol, I’ve stopped wearing perfume, I’be spent a small fortune on Ubiquinol vitamins amongst others, all the ovulation tests etc.

Currently sitting at my desk in the office feeling very sorry for myself. I’ll be ok later but for now I need a little time to wallow in my sadness.
