Best play area?

What does your babies play area look like? I have a small living room so I’m not sure how to make a play area without it looking messy

We live in a small apartment for now too and this is our set up. I take it down when he wants to roam around and I’m not busy.

It’s kind of a mess right now for obvious reasons! We have a bonus room right now we use as our play area. But we are moving in June and will have a new play area downstairs in that house which we will put a baby gate around.

We don’t even have one! We’re in a smallish 3 bed house at the moment with 3 kids, just bought a new house so moving soon so at the moment I just use a mat and get out a selection of toys for her then I tidy it away at the end of the day!

It’s a bit of a pain but she’s not crawling yet and we’ll have way more space at the new house 👍🏻

Our play area at the moment. The room to the right is being renovated so need to keep them away from it for now.
