8 Week Leap

Hello everyone. FTM here. My son is 8 weeks this week. He has been extremely fussy to the point of inconsolable. We will try everything from feeding, to changing diapers, rocking, swinging, singing, dancing, car rides, baths and nothing seems to work. He screams as if he is hurt and I feel so terrible that I cant seem to sooth him or help him feel better. I feel like I am failing him. I talked with our pediatrician since our LO has a lactose sensitivity so we switched to a lactose sensitive formula and he is doing 100% with gas and spit up. I'm at a complete loss. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
