38 weeks and 5 days

Haven’t been sleeping well the past 2 nights. Last night was really bad up every hour to pee and felt like I had a bowling ball coming out. Well this morning same exact thing, I didn’t do a lot due to pressure. Went to my ob at 10:30 and got told I was 4cm dilated (I was 3 at 36 weeks) got told i was also having a bloody show. Now we’re sitting in the hospital seeing if I’m having contractions and if so how much more I’m dilated.
