Reoccurring cradle cap?

And one else dealing with reoccurring cradle cap? We got it to go away twice now but it’s back again. We have tried softly brushing it, using a brush during bath time, just leaving it be. But it’s adamant about coming back
Is this normal? Will it stop coming back at some point? His doctor doesn’t seem concerned about it

I know this doesn't answer your question, but we used the Fridababy "flakefixer" and it worked wonders! We used it twice and her cradle cap is gone & hasn't come back since. Not sure if that's just a coincidence though haha

I read that it’s caused from a build up of oils so I wash her hair every other day even if I don’t bathe her and it doesn’t come back that way.

Yeah, it's nothing to be concerned about. We leave ours alone, I don't wash his head because it aggravates it, and it comes and goes too. My pediatrician said to continually out olive oil on it.

Baby oil works for us! She’s also lost a lot of hair and it does come back, but goes away fairly quickly with just a touch of baby oil.

Yes and my son has lost so much hair. Aside from testing it as it comes I think they eventually grow our of it. We haven't found a solution. Our first never had it lol
