Do you still swaddle your baby (including arms) for naps?

My baby isn’t rolling yet so I still swaddle him for naps. I tried to put him down one time with his arms out and he was awake so fast! I’m nervous he’ll never nap once I can no longer swaddle his arms. Any tips!?!

My baby is swaddled and doesn’t show any signs of rolling but I’m worried that when I can’t swaddle anymore she won’t be able to sleep. I am trying to transition her out of it so I did a week with leaving one arm out and she did great. Now we’re moving to both arms but swaddled around the middle so far so good.

U could try the ￼ Magic Merlin suit! That’s what we transitioned with and it’s been great! It’s pricey though..

I honestly recommend to start To unswaddle slowly now otherwise once he starts rolling you’ll be in a rush to.

My baby started rolling both ways about a month ago, until then were fully swaddled. I had to get rid of it cold turkey. I popped him in a sleeping bag instead, took about 3 days of rough naps and nights to adjust. Now he rolls over & sleeps on his tummy which helps!

I stopped at like 2 and half months because I was afraid of this exactly . He had more wake ups but adjusted after a couple days . I would just stop because he will be rolling soon

I was so worried because she loved to be swaddled. I tried one arm out a couple times and she woke up every 20 minutes.
