Back pain in the first trimester?

I am 10 weeks 3 days I have been having cramping on and off which is normal since I know things are growing and moving around but is lower back pain normal in the first trimester? Been having it on and off the last couple of days! :(

My back started hurting around 6 weeks and hasn’t stopped since 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now I’m almost 22 weeks and I’m having to see a chiropractor and a prenatal massage therapist at least twice a month for sciatica pain. My advice would be to see someone sooner rather then later if it’s really bothering you. I waited until I was 15 weeks to see a chiropractor and I wish I did it sooner.
