My adventurous son fell and stubbed both his big toes horribly, and also got a cut on his thumb and scraped his forehead. I’ve cleaned his wounds and put neosporin and bandaids on everything, but they still hurt him because the top layer of skin is missing and they’re bleeding, especially one of his toes that’s cut open the most. Any other advice for wound treatment and pain relief?
