So I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant.....

I tested tonight and saw a faint line and my cervix is super high and tight and I have some slight cramping... I’m kinda freaking out! We were not trying, we had sex ONCE and I ovulated a week early. Anyways my son is 13 months old and I’m just worried about having two under two! My daughter was 2 years and 1 month old when I had my son so I know the age gap isn’t much more (he’ll be 22.5 months old) but I was definitely wanting to wait until my son was almost 2 before trying again. I don’t know what I’m asking, words of advice? Will I survive?! lol
