4 weeks weight loss
Been trying to lose weight for years. I’ve never been skinny and i know i’ll never be. Matter of fact, that’s not my goal. My goal is to be confortable in my body and i’m not right now.
For the next 4 weeks i’ll change everything (diet and workout). I will not weight myself for 4 weeks and i will not have a specific diet. I’ll just do my very best. The goal here is to concentrate on how i feel and not being obsessed with my weight and the everyday progress.
I think this will be easier if we do this together and support each other as women. Let’s do this challenge girls. It’s only 4 weeks. Let’s push ourselves to the limit.
