How did you start your healthy/weight loss journey ?
Did you wake up one day and just decide to start? Was it a gradual change? Did you join a program? How did you turn one day into today?
I’ve been “trying” to start a healthier lifestyle since my daughter was born 4 months ago but nothing has really changed. I keep saying I’ll start tomorrow or we’ll start with this and slowly work my way up. But tomorrow has to come. I serious self motivation problems
