I need advice.

I recently had my first time wit my boyfriend and it went greatly, like everything I could’ve hoped for. We used protection and he didn’t even come anywhere near my vagina. However, I am only a teenager and a couple days ago I read that you can still get pregnant from semen being on someone’s hand and can get into the vagina. Even though I am on the pill I am terrified of getting pregnant. I have severe anxiety and once I heard about that it has given me 6 anxiety attacks in total and I can’t stop thinking about it. I am due for my period in 3 days and I know the stress is really bad for me however I don’t know how to quell my worries. Everywhere I look online it seems to tell me I’m pregnant. I’m just so scared and anxious. Someone help me please.
