Has anyone ever had my situation I’m going out my mind

I have had a previous miscarriage last year

I have had 5 positive tests and 1 clearblue digital test saying pregnant 1-2 weeks

On Thursday night I started bleeding not in my pants though and there was only a tiny bit of blood in my wee so I went to my doctors they sent me to the hospital the did a internal examination, but I was too early to tell anything, they dipped a test and she said it was very faint, which the ones that I took at home was faint at first but got darker, so I’m so confused, I’m booked for a scan Tomorrow morning and they said if they can’t see anything I’m gonna have to keep going for blood tests to see if my hormone levels go up they are worried about an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage I think that’s all I’ve been told I’m so scared any ladies had this situation I hate not knowing what’s happening
