FTM induced with 10lb baby birth story

Is

Due 2/6 but was induced 2/7. I was 1cm and 50% effaced, as I had been for weeks. Started pitocin at 7am which immediately caused very minor contractions. At 8:30 they broke my water which caused really painful contractions 30 seconds apart. Soon after I got an epidural and it was a MIRACLE! Besides throwing up a couple times and uncontrollably shaking here and there, it was the best I had felt in months. I mostly visited with family and watched tv until around 8pm when I started using the peanut ball which REALLY got stuff moving. In about 15 minutes I was getting the increasing sensation to push. I was SURE that I was going to shit out the biggest poop in the world. A little after 10pm I finally convinced my nurse I was ready so my OB came in to check and I was 10cm! I pushed for 34 minutes until she came out. The cord was wrapped around her neck but everyone managed to keep calm to make sure I didn’t know. As they stitched me up they checked her out and everything looked good. She made her arrival at 10:50pm on February 7th, measuring 9lbs 13oz and 21.5 inches long. As a FTM, I would frantically research giving birth which made me pretty damn scared of it. Luckily, NOTHING was as bad as I had feared and it gave me my beautiful daughter.
