How early did you announce???

Question

We are 10 weeks 5 days and are considering announcing today for Valentine’s Day!! 
However, we haven’t seen the  baby since 8 weeks and I have had no symptoms other then bloating this whole time! How early did everyone else feel comfortable announcing without going back to the dr for a 12 week appointment first??

I plan on sharing the news with family after my 12 week check up. And with others after 14 week scan. I did the same last time.

We announced at 8 weeks because we had two ultrasounds with measurements right on track and heartbeats both times. My OB told me our risk would only go down by 2% in the second trimester so we figured why wait?

Private ultrasound places have been my lifesaver, especially since I only get 2 ultrasounds through my hospital.
I announced to parents last week at 9w4d and will be announcing to the rest of his family today at 10w5d.
