No judging please

Hello ladies! I’m currently 35w 3d I go to my appointments twice weekly Monday’s and Thursday’s. On Monday I went to my appointment and my doctor told me my blood pressure was elevated and was told to do a 24 hour urine sample to see if I have preeclampsia because I had it two of my pregnancies. Well today I was told I didn’t have it. My feet and the back of my legs are swollen on top of that my blood pressure is 150/95. What should I do? I don’t want to go to the hospital and get sent back home but I am scared not to mention I’m already 3cm dilated. Should I just prop my feet up? Please don’t judge me🥺
