I just graduated at 16, and that already is very overwhelming cause I’m trying to figure out everything at a very young age , with that being said my family is not supportive of me joining the military at all because they are extremely narcissist and dont want me around but also don’t want me to go anywhere , they blame every choice I make on my boyfriend who is in the military (Army) They believe once I’m on my own I’m gonna start a family and move in with him .. which to normal people that wouldn’t be an issue but .. my family is full of men hating miserable women I hate to be brutally honest but it’s the truth , so what should I do wait until I’m 18 to join (I’m almost 17, so it’ll be only a year wait) or just forget all about that and start college like I’m being told to do . It’s something I have 0 interest in as of right now I know I’d be more open to it once I’m older . I just don’t want my life to be wasted by my family and I understand after 18 you are technically an legal adult but some families are more controlling then most
