D&E at 18 weeks

Hi all, found out yesterday (at 18 weeks) our baby has trisomy 18 (a lethal genetic disorder) and that I’m miscarrying. I will likely need to go in next week and have a D&E. I’m so scared and angry and upset and sad and I feel like I have no one to talk to. My husband is amazing and I feel like he’s the only person in my life who understands my pain, but he won’t have to have this procedure done. Any ladies willing to talk to me or share their stories? I’d love to talk to anyone who’s been through something like this. I feel so alone.
