TMI! Bloody show?

I had my 37 week cervical exam yesterday and I was nearly 3 CM dilated. Anyway, after that exam I was super crampy and hurting a good bit down there which I read was normal after that. This morning I woke up to this

Pretty sure that’s my mucus plug but could that be my bloody show too? ive been losing bits and pieces of my mucus plug but never this reddish color.

I’m at 37 as well, I went into L&D last week due to bright red bleeding followed by bloody mucus just like that. I was 3 cm dilated at well, but was sent home due to no progression. I had an appointment today and have progressed to 4 cm, but still no frequent contractions. I’ve been having mild cramps and infrequent contractions. OB said it could be hours or until my due date... She said I’ll know if my water breaks or the contractions pick up to the 411 rule.
