Has anyone gotten chlamydia and started bleeding ? I have no idea if I have chlamydia I’ve just been reading online and it seems like that’s what I have . I’ve had heavy painful periods and my side hurts and I’m bleeding now so I don’t know if it could be

Go go to your OBGYN. Don’t let random people on the internet scare and diagnose you. Unless someone you slept with has it, don’t know why you would think you did!

Yes. It causes irregular bleeding. And abdominal cramping. Please go get tested and treated ASAP.

So I ended up getting it at 17, the dude I was seeing FAILED to tell me he had it. I didn’t necessarily bleed but I had on and off spotting for like 2 months. I thought it was just my period being wonky. So when I went to the doctor, the tested for everything and it was positive.
