Positive tests but negative at dr office

Okay, so I originally took a test on Wednesday the 12th of February. Came back positive . Then I took one on the 13th Thursday in the morning for first void, came back positive. I went to the doctors today to confirm and they did 2 urine test and it came back negative both times, so I came home and took two more one digital and one blue dye one, BOTH came back positive. The blue dye one came back positive with in 30 seconds. Please help !!!!
