Baby moving less

UPDATE** Of course as soon as I go and get hooked up she starts moving. Lol they did say if it becomes a reoccurrence I might have her early! Also I was having contractions and I didnt even know it!*** thank you for the advice 💜💜

I'm really worried that something is wrong but I also dont want to over react for nothing, I havent really felt baby move at all today, and it happened yesterday but then she moved for a bit. Should I go ahead and get checked or am I just being paranoid?
