So I had my scan & baby boy is a whopping 3kg! I’ve only put on 6kg, so all baby, his still in the breach position, has been since 28 weeks, the baby doctors at hospital thought he was head down but not sure & only went on where the heartbeat was. I’ve always thought he was feet down. Confirmed it yesterday. Because of his size they don’t think he will turn. I have a feeling I will be having a cesarean for the first time. This will be my 5th baby. All my babies have never been breach or this low either. All have been over 9 pounds besides one & he was taken at 39 weeks induced due to GD was only 3.4kg. I have GD with this one too but diet controlled only this time. My pelvis is separated from last baby so maybe this is a good thing
