Breast milk supply?

Hey! Any other moms notice a decrease in pumping output? I only pump at work, but am getting about an ounce less. I know that’s not a huge drop, but it does concern me. I’m going to try adding a pumping session after nursing over the weekends. 
Suggestions?

Yeah. I’ve gone from pumping 18 oz to pumping 12-13oz a day. It’s enough cause she only drinks 12 oz while I’m at work, but it’s a huge decrease and today I only pumped 10, which is less than she drank. I really want to make it to a year but I’m worried I won’t now.

I am! I am also thinking about adding a pumping session on the weekend to try to combat it. I’ve also been feeding at night again to build it back up. I think my son is just nursing less but I do worry about not having enough to last.

I’ve definitely noticed a decrease in output as my boy eats more food! I normally pump a total of around 22 oz at work when I used to do closer to 30 (I do 12 hour shifts). I’m not to concerned because he’s content and eating much more food! But I definitely do want to make it to that year mark 🤞🏽
